Before you start though, What is stock and what is not?

ONLY the work in the "STOCK" folders and all the sub folders in that directory may be used as stock, do NOT use my other work as stock.

1.Credit and notification.

If you use my stock in any way for any reason you MUST Credit/Tag me.
Use the following:

Null-Entity  (which is @ Null-Entity with the space removed)
or
Null-Entity  (which is :dev Null-Entity: with the space removed)
or
(which is :Icon Null-Entity: with the space removed)
Or
The Eclipse "Model Tag".

2.Mediums.

NO AI ART.

You are welcome to use my stock in almost any OTHER medium it helps in, be it drawing/painting/3D etc,
YES you can use my stock as a REFERENCE/DOLLS/BASES).

3.Inappropriate uses/Restrictions.

Do not use my stock to create the following images:
Hate/Fetish**/Pornographic**/Religious.*

If you feel you might have an idea that is borderline then ASK...I am a very relaxed guy I just have to protect the use of my images/face.

*I am not a religious person as such, 
Classical Uses are Ok, I.E.: Angels/Satan/Jesus/The Burning Bush etc.

Modern Uses are not: Scientology or any modern active sects/flyers or material related to or advertising any one church/house of worship.

**(The Only Fans Stock Is the Exception For Fetish/Pornographic uses).

4.Distribution/Sharing.

For the CC4.0 Stock Images.
These images are distributed under the "Creative Commons BY" licence, Share/Tweet etc as much as you like.

For the 18+/Only Fans Banner.

Please tweet/pin/re-blog etc on other sites where possible and do NOT Re-uploaded without my express permission.

5.The Right To Remove My Stock From Your Work.

If ALL my rules are not followed I reserve the right to have you remove my stock from your work/remove the work completely.

6.Restricted Stock.

Restricted stock is that in the "Restricted Stock" folder, anything in this folder is stock taken at exhibitions or events/places where the copyright owner/organisers have strict rules on the use of the photographs taken.

Nothing in this folder can be used for commercial work by You Or Me, and some images may have special or even further restrictions so READ the rules for EACH IMAGE first.

7.Commercial Use.

For the CC4.0 Stock Images.
Images with these banners are distributed under the "Creative Commons BY" licence.... FREE FOR COMMERICAL USE  Enjoy.


Images with these banners are NOT free for commercial use without payment (See Section 8).

8 Commercial/Print/Commission Use

Commercial use counts as any work for gain be it paid/points or contests with sizeable prizes, 

The bottom line is if you are looking to make money using my stock, then we NEED to talk first.

Individual Commercial Use.

The following charges apply depending on price of the work involved.
£200 or under = £10
Anything over £200 lets talk first.

OR

Blanket Fee £50

The alternative for heavier use of my stock is the Blanket Fee £50.
This covers the use of my stock past/present and future in any commercial/commission work (With one single restriction ** SEE BELOW**).

The above is intended for people creating art for individuals or clients & 3rd parties where the end result is sold to them as is:
Posters.
Fan Art.
Custom Characters etc.
Book Covers
Album Art
Designs For Merchandise
T-Shirt Designs
Etc.

**Restriction** (Large Corporations/Campaigns).

If you are a company not an individual looking to use my stock the blanket fee is not an option and we would need to talk on a case/project by project basis.
