Free Use

1.Credit and notification

You are required to credit me if you have used my stock.
I like to see the work produced and just posting a link back to my stock/page
does not notify me OR come up in searched on DA for my user name, use the following :

:devNull-Entity :  Null-Entity
:iconNull-Entity : :iconnull-entity:

In addition you can notify me or link to the exact stock used but it is not required.

If you are posting your work on other sites (FB/Tumblr) etc then I still require a link to the piece and credit on the piece/in it's description.

You are welcome to use my stock in any medium it helps in, be it drawing/painting/reference/3D etc,
However slight edits/colour overlays cropping etc do NOT count as a manipulation..the original image has to be altered
enough to call a new piece of art.

3.What is stock and what is not?
I do other work than stock... but ONLY the work in the "STOCK" folder and all the sub folders in that directory may be used as stock unless otherwise stated or agreed with me first.

4.Inappropriate uses

Do not use my stock to create images of hate/fetish/religious (I mean preaching) or pornographic content.
If you feel you might have a use that is borderline then ASK...
I'm not easily upset but I have a line.

For example I posed as Angus Bumby, the character is a child molester/rapist in the game,
so using that stock with the underlying character motivations could be borderline depending on
what you make... When in doubt ASK.

My stock is to be found ONLY on my DA account, and is NOT under any condition to be redistributed or posted elsewhere.
If you want to share my stock then link back to the images or my account.

Your worked based on my stock can be posted else where with the correct credit (See section 1) but NOT my stock.

6.The Right To Remove My Stock From Your Work

If ALL my very simple rules are not meet I reserve the right to have you remove my stock from your work/remove the work completely.

I hope I never have to but I will defend my work and rules.

Commercial Use

In addition to all of the above rules the following applies to commercial use.

Commercial use counts as any work for gain be it paid/points or contests with sizable prizes.

The bottom line is if you are looking to make money using my stock, then we NEED to talk first.

I normally charge a small single use fee of a few £, or a larger blanket fee for use if any and all stock from this day forward.

I will consider any and requests made and I will normally reply within 24 hours to any comments/queries.

My reason for charging for commercial use is my stock equipment costs me money (so far I have spent nearly £1000 on my camera and lights).
So the monies from commercial use will be put back into helping fund more equipment and props for example the underwater case which has
to date been 1/3 funded by stock fees.

I am now planning to take Requests for pose stock (perhaps costumed in the future).

To clarify what "Exclusive" means in the below, any images not exclusive will at some point go up on DA
after the requester has had adequate time to use them.

1-5 Images £3
1-5 Images Exclusive (I.E. They will not go up on DA they will be for you only). £5

6+ Images (A Pack) £6.
6+ Images (A Pack) Exclusive £8.

The above requests are automatically cleared for individual commission use but not for commercial use.

With those simple rules in mind. :D Go nuts!!

  • Reading: Nothing.
  • Watching: Supernatural, From the start with the GF.
  • Playing: Spec Ops - The Line
  • Eating: Lunch
  • Drinking: Milk and loads of it.

Hi there,
I have some additional questions if you won´t mind.
I was wondering do you happen to sell your stock for points too? In case you don´t, given that I´m from Spain, would you accept euros? And it would be possible to buy from you one single stock, like, for instance, this one?…
Thank you for your time.

I normally accept paypal for stock uses.

However it all depends on your purpose, my stock is free for non pair/commercial use,
If you want commercial we can talk in a note in more detail :).

Send a note! :)

I've been doing some anatomy drawings as of late in various mediums, my trusty old volumes are sufficient for this purpose alone, however the poses offered are at times very traditional in dynamicism.  I enjoy unique, situational poses that would otherwise not be existent in a traditional study of the human figure, that is actually the reason why I placed you on my watch list in the first place (along with a number of other deviants).  Within the next month I expect to use some of your stock.

Very kind words, Thankyou :)
and what would happen if given case would like to use some of your reference poses for a webcomic I'm gonna do. What would have to do in this case? Oops! Oh Noes!

I would still need to be credited (even if it's not for every individual use) and linked :)

Heyo~! Some of your stock is awesome, really cool poses that I'd love to use.

But I do have a question. I read through the rules, and you'd like to have a link to all the places that the drawings are posted up on. I'd be posting the drawings up on dA, of course, and the only other place I'd be posting to is a site called y!gallery (a site like deviantART but caters to male homosexual material) and my account is not visible to anyone who does not have an account on there (and I refuse to change that setting), so .....I don't think I'd be able to link you to that posting. I wont put it up on that site if you'd prefer not to of course, but since that site is for, basically, everything and anything male Id really want to post it. Especially if Im proud of the drawing and I know it'll get good attention/appreciation on there.

Now I know this sounds off-putting, but I wouldn't use your stock for anything pornographic, and any drawings I do will be posted up on both sites. With the same links back to you, etc etc.

tl;dr: just wondering if you'd have a problem with me posting up to a site that I can't exactly link you to.

Thankyou very much for the kind words.

I think it boils down to two/three things really.

The context/nature of the picture and what is implied (my duo stock has been draw as couples
in mid sex (with nothing on show) and as guys holding one another before, so I would like to
confirm the intended picture.

So in short what makes it Homosexual without being pornographic to go on that site ?

And if it were to be posted on that site I simply as you link back to my DA page, even if I cannot review the
page myself.

P.S. a note might be a better place to discuss this.

Sent a note then.

Forgot to add that the stocks I'm interested in right now is the crouching/dynamic poses.
