Hope too! =) It's an excellent reference! I'm into 19th century painters right now, so I may use it as reference myself... But I've already too many projects in mind and to do, so I'll see for that later. Anyway, it reminds me a bit this wonderful selfportrait of Courbet: [link] There's the same intense despair. I bet that if you add the contrast of Courbet's portrait on your picture, it would be absolutely fantastic!
